The flashbacks from the previous chapters are finally over, but we still get a few glimpses of Kakashi and Obito's past here. Tobi, who's recently revealed as "Obito", has a grudge on Kakashi because he saw him kill Rin, their former ninja-comrade whom Obito really cared about. So Obito is pretty much the Naruto version of Darth Vader.
